Shoutcast stream loads intermittently

Hi all
I've read through the various threads and How Tos but still can't resolve this one, would really appreciate some help.

I am using BUTT > Shoutcast > embedded media player in my website.

In BUTT I have set up all my sever address/password/port etc, I believe correctly.

My issue is this:
If I go to my website, with the embedded HTML5 media player from rmo.shoutcast.com page OR the Shoutcast default player (listen.shoutcast.com/myradio) the stream only loads intermittently. On BUTT is says connected and streaming but its really hit or miss whether the stream loads on the players. I've tried clearing the page cache, re-loading but simply put, some times it works sometimes it doesn't.

Am I missing something? When its connected it works fine, nice and uninterrupted, doesn't drop out. Is there a process I'm missing - should I wait a certain amount of time? Struggling here, any thoughts would be really appreciated

Have been chatting to a few people and I think it may be because Im in the UK using an independent internet service provider meaning the connection is being pinged all over the place.

Im assuming buying hosting from a UK ShoutCast client is my best option - anyone?
