Hi all.

First, I'm sorry, my english is very poor. )

So, I create a Shoutcast server in my school server. It's work correctly, and fairly good.
It stream with 16Kb/s 16 Khz, because my school connection is a single ISDN. It's not problem, but (because a big buffer (I thing )), there is around 2 minute late betveen the source, and the "client output".
How can I turn this late on minimal rate?

(It's not big problem, but I can't connect in the 'main' shoutcast server too.)

After all, I want to celebrate the BBZ radio )
Real live classical concerts from BÉLA BARTÓK Music High School in Miskolc, HUNGARY.

Thnx all.

In short... you can't change it. Because of the larger buffer size in the new version of the Shoutcast server, it is easy to have that much 'latency' between the server and the player.

You can shorten the delay by reducing the buffer back on the playback Winamp. Don't complain if it skips coz that why the delay is there!
