Winamp is almost mute

I downloaded WinAmp today,I clicked in online services,to listen to music,to no avail.
It shows a small page asking me, if I want to open or save the file, that's it.Many years ago a server was entered in order for WianAmp to play.I guess time change. Thanks in advance for any help to this 71 years old WinAmp fan.

SHOUTcast Radio still works with Winamp 5.666.
Also, IceCast works with this URL: http://dir.xiph.org/index.php

I don't know about the others or if any work with 5.8 beta.

Follow the instructions given in the link I provided above.
Manually add a service using the following:
Name: SHOUTcast Radio
Url: http://www.shoutcast.com/scradioinwinamp/

That should create a service that looks like the attached Thumbnail.
Can you see a similar screen?
