can get the volume thing to work, it just scrolls through each frame

Its background is supposed to be part of the picture but it scrolls it insead of keeping it in the same place each time

If the background for your volume is supposed to be part of a picture....you need to make each frame of the volume to have that portion of the pic on it, in exactly the same position on each frame. Then draw whatever you're doing for the volume over the pic.
