if you update a skin.. will it be seen as a new skin?
so will it be put in the "new skins" section, but still have the old dl count?

I *think* that it is seen as a new skin, and that the DL count is reset to zero....

it isn't. the skin just goes back to the 'unpublished' status, until it is re-reviewed. updates do not affect DL counts or public ratings.

And you will be lucky if a updated skin ever gets re-reviewed, I speak as someone who has had a update sat waiting for a review since October, And I have heard others say the same, only new submissions seem to get reviewed.

U think if Winamp.com replaces the reviewers with chimpanzees, the reviewing and re-reviewing will go faster?

I think the reviewing would go faster if the reviewers were replaced with dead chimpanzees.
