bug with PackEXEHeader?

ever since version 1.2g i haven't been able to compile with PackEXEHeader in my script file. i'm using upx with the following line -

PackEXEHeader "temp.dat" "..\upx\upx -9 temp.dat"

the last thing it says in the console window is -

File size Ratio Format Name
-------------------- ------ ----------- -----------
34816 -> 20992 60.29% win32/pe temp.dat

Packed 1 file.

I got the same problem. also since 1.2G.

I'm running W2K.
