How bout a spinning Double Helix?

I have a silly idea for a plug-in but I know nothing of how to code a plug-in for winamp and do have have time at present to learn how. This is my idea though:

How about a Double Helix like strand of DNA in which it spins and the nucleotides and bases light up in different colors based on the music. You could have it have unzipped at the top as enzymes pop of the nucleotides. Sounds silly but interesting...

That would be wicked. In fact, someone should code something that lets you pick various shapes, and then pick what happens to the "nodes".

spheres, squares, helix's, torus's, etc.

A DNA thing would be awesome.

I guess that I'll have to learn to code plug-ins for Winamp then. It'll be my debut plug-in. Scheduled for release in Feb 2010. Just kidding. I really will learn though. If anybody, anybody wants to help please drop me a line. My e-mail address is below.

What the heck do AVS presets have to do with my idea? My idea would require realtime 3D objects such as spheres and torus' and such. It would be better as a separate plug-in. I also want to be able to rotate the helix in realtime while music is playing.
