In the spirit of Prom Night month and all the nasty music that comes with it... does anyone have 80's songs that make you want to hurl chunks?

Whenever I hear "I know what boys like" song i get real nauseated

Now is the time for all good Americans to come to the aid of their Country

We can dance if you want to, we can leave your friends behind, because your friends dont dance, and if they dont dance, well, theyre no friends of mine.

Heh.

BioDome memories coming in.

creeping death, by metallica, makes my head spin and start vomiting all sorts of anti-christ apocalyptic bullshit about Fidel Castro ruling the world and that monster from the drew carey show posing nude for hustler magazine. Oh yah, and it makes the best love song when you're dating one of those fat goth chicks.

Here's my list

The following records should have never been made:

Bette Midler - Wind Beneath My Wings
Martika - Toy Soldiers
Phil Collins - Another Day In Paradise
Bangles - Eternal Flame

There's more, but I've tried to block them out of my memory.

You speak of Levar Burton

Agadoo. Not sure who by.

I feel the need to slice my wrists when they play that. Why does it always feature so prominently at holiday park social nights?

I have the good fortune of being born in 1983 so I hardly remember any 80's music.

But I still wretch whenever for some reason a TV channel puts on an episode of Degrassi High.

Ugh...

I'm not a huge fan of the 80's, but there a few songs I LOVE :
  • The Safety Dance by Men without Hats
  • I touch myself by the Devinals
  • Erotica by Madonna
  • And She Was by the talking heads

there are some more that I like, but most of the others are baaaaad.

eh, heh.
