I have tried tons of plugins to try to allow myself more quick access to the basic winamp controls.. but each one had some disadvantages.. but then I just found this thing on betanews. It has the basic controls (customizable) in the window title bar of your current active window. I've been using it for a few hours now, and love it.

Did you try MikroAMP?
It can do that, but only one button on the titlebar (that can do all actions). If you did and didn't like it, what didn't you like? I'm working on a new version right now. "Beer?" |

RFL, the plugin that you are using is called Winampbar, and it has been available on the winamp website for quite a while now.
http://www.winamp.com/plugins/detail...omponentFlag=P It is a nice little plugin, and I've been using it myself for quite a while. However, the earlier versions are pretty buggy (conflicts with Internet Explorer, etc) so make sure that you get an up to date version. Like my photography? Buy some here.... |
