hello everybody.
i've been working with InstallShit(TM) and WiseGuys Installation System(TM) for so long, that i've forgotten how installations can be simple and easy.

however, i would like to see following enhances:
- separate language.h with defines for all the messages for customization (i live in croatia)
- restart command (so that i don't need to call my restart.exe)
- SetOverwrite ifvergt|ifvergteq for installing dlls/activexes if version is greater or greater/equal as installed version
- CallDll command (so that i can call my external dll functions, like "RegisterFont", "IsDCOMPresent", "GetADOVersion", and avoid writing dlls for rundll32 command)

i would do those changes myself, but it would be shame to mess with such nice work (and also become difficult to keep up with next relaeses)...
