MIDI Equalizer

It would be nice to pump up the bass on MIDI format and CD music!!!!!
So i was thinking maybe upgrade the Equalizer to control MIDI format and CD music.

MIDI can already using DirectMusic

you should be able to get EQ to work with almost all MIDI devices unless your sound card sucks or you don't RTFM carefully enough.
