One thing I sometimes miss in WinAmp is the possibility of choosing default directories for some buttons. What I mean is, I'd like to specify the directory that is displayed when I hit the "Open File(s)"-Button, and antother one for the List-Buttons in the playlist window. Maybe i'm the only one who uses different directories for Playlists and Audio-Files but anyone who does, knows that it is sometimes annoying that WinAmp remembers the same directory for all the buttons.

THX

Default Directory: open winamp.ini in your winamp directory (NOT windows). Under the [winamp] heading, look for a line caled "cwd=SOMTHING". SOMTHING will be a path, set that path to where you want to start up in. Save

Now these buttons you talk about, what are you talking about? Have windows ME/2K/XP or somthing?

I doesn't help me to define *one* default directory. What I was talking about is *one* specific dir for opening a file or adding one to a playlist, and *another* one for loading and saving playlists.
I you have not seen the "Add -> File" and "List -> Load" buttons in the playlist-window, yet, i can't help you anyway.
