Software for live broadcasting

Hi.

I would like to know if there is software to use with Winamp
to produce echo when talking with the microfone in a Live broadcating.

I don't believe that Winamp has a plug-in for broadcasting things like that.

I could Help, but I need to know one thing:
Are you going to use it all the time or some of the time? And is it for a Phrase or various things??

It will be used when someone talks.
Not with the mp3 music file.
