directory listing

Hello forum

Q.I have my stream up and can have listeners by getting them to paste this ip http://62.30.249.206:8000 (little plug there) But i dont show up on the directories, is there somethn im doing wrong? Feedback about this and playlists appreciated.

In the place where you would input your IP config stuff, there is a checkbox that you must select to be listed on SHOUTcast home page. The box is called "List on SHOUTcast.com(recommended)". If this is checked, the try finding out what your host allows. If you host it, then you don't have to configure it.

Yes i am hosting the server, yes i have the check box ticked to list on directory.

Im getting error messages in the server maybe they can help.

<07/22/01@15:43:10> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<07/22/01@15:43:10> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Connection refused 194.117.133.84:8000 check shoutcast.com troubleshooting)

Help appreciated.
