Making Skins

Hey I need some help making skins. I dont even know how to get started. How do I get a picture in the background? Or how do I get a cool design on there, and not just a stupid freehand design in the paint program? Someone please help me because I am lost. Thank you.

A skin is a set of bitmaps, usually contained in a wsz(or was is wzs?) file. Take a look at other skins and try to edit them, they are installed in winamp's skin directory. For more info see the developer section of winamp.com. Good luck

Oh, and you can open any wsz file with a Zip utility.
