ACM Error - Can't kill this thing - Please help

I posted this in the wrong forum so I'll put it here and hope SOMEONE can help

OK... I'm getting so pissed at this thing... I got shoutcast a long time ago, and when I'd run it for about 20 minutes, it'd grind my winamp to a halt until I shut it off.

Now I got it again, hoping it was fixed... and it was!

I worked it for a good 4 hours right off the bat, then I shut it off. I then wanted to test something with my friend after and as soon as I ran the plugin again,

I hadn't installed anything or changed any computer settings. I have confirmed my codec, and checked multimedia settings and made it #1 on my machine. I have a creative card and have disabled their codec. I have read EVERY message on this forum I can find.

I have the advanced Fraun. Codec. It was working fine for 4 hours. What I was gonna test with my friend was a smaller bitrate to see how well it would work. That MIGHT have caused it - but it was a SMALLER bitrate ... and when I returned to the regular bitrate it was still not working.

I've done everything I can think of, read every message on here about the error, reinstalled everything shoutcast/netshow related and still nothing!
