Advanced Mode Not Compatible w/ SC

As part of my show I like to announce new songs or talk somtimes on the broadcast. I used advanced mode not knowing I wasn't using it right and instead restreamed my 32bit sound coming from my speakers.

How? Well my stream, the stream people heard, was picking up the music/sounds from my microphone. So during low parts of the songs and what not they could hear me talk & type. Even when the 'lock' button was unclicked.

I viewed the screendemo of how it should and I guess my Sound Blaster XGamer 5.1 obviously isn't good enough or somthing for this plug-in to work right.

My question is, is there another way I could speak over the music when I want to? Not always, like my settings insist I already do.

Thanks in advance for all your help..

Your mic settings are wrong for the Mixer. If you did everything in the advdemo.exe, then, there is something wrong. Here is a suggestion, mute your mic when not in use OR slide the mic slider down to 0. If the listeners still pick up your mic noices, I suggest getting another mic or, using linein, get your own mixer panel and broadcast your own stream from something like a DJ turntable or something.
