Thanx for replying
Thanx for replying L3golas. Now the only thing for me is to know the server mode you mentioned.

What he's talking about is the server version of Shoutcast, not the DSP plugin for Winamp.

Well...in fact it would be quite interesting to know if there is anyway to know how many listeners are hearing the station with the DSP Shoutcast plugin for winamp.

I know the old Live365 used to be able to tell you how many listeners you had ... the new version just says the total listener hours ... which is really useless.
Perhaps the reason the DSP doesn't show it is because it's going upstream to server which then broadcasts the stream out. It's a 1-to-1 connection, not a 1-to-many, and therefore has no idea how many listeners (or stream connections) there are. DJ Pulse |

ShoutClub Controller is a program that you can download from www.shoutclub.com. Great little program to see how many listernes you have.
