why can i only transmit at 56k?

I can only transmit to shoutcast at 56 kilobits yet i play mp3s that are 128 kilobits. I want to know how I can trasnmit higher then 56k. It doesnt give me an option to transmit at that bitrate at all! please help. Thanks

1) Get the Professional Codec by either paying for it or finding an illegeal version (which we cannot link to)

2) Oddcast DSP which uses LAME
