Why Has No-One Altered THE Nullsoft Tiny Fullscreen Plugin - so the red spectrum analyzer is on the windows desktop all the time at the bottom, it would look really cool,
i did have a look at doing this myself but i am new at programming C and i found the whole thing confusing so im giving someone else the change to create this.

its not C its C++

its 2 complex for me

me is stupid

learn C++ and use your idea

otherwise use AVS its much less complex and more flexible
