Skin Publishing Question

When I try to publish a skin, under CATEGORIES, there is nothing but an empty box. Because of this, I can't get my skin published. How can I fix this?

The skin database is broken at the moment. Nullsoft only have a small team, and so we don't know when it'll be fixed. Just be patient, keep trying.
