ShoutCAST Broadcasting Issues - Help!

Hey,

I'm running WinAmp w/ the Standard ShoutCAST plugin and a Shoutcast Server.

I have a few questions...

a) We don't have a studio, and our radio show hosts are kind of.. "spread out" among the continent. How seamless is it to switch from show to show, each originating from a different machine at someplace else in the country?

B) Some of my radio show hosts will have talk shows, and they would like the ability to recieve LIVE telephone calls. I don't understand how this is possible. Is it possible? If so - How so?
