Error= Recieving Authorization Response???

Ok Last night Shoutcast wouldnt work for me. It kept Having Error's when I press Connect. It would have the count down. Then sometims winamp would freeze up. It did this before. all I did was download shoustcast again and it worked for me. But this time when I downloaded shoustcast it was a new program. So I put in the info I needed like address, port, and Password. everything there is correct. When I press Connect it says not connected It keeps doing that. Sometimes a few words come up which are Recieving Authorization Response. Then it says not connected. what do I do to make it work?

Would it be better for me to Download the older version? if so where can I find it?
