Newbie and don't have server

Hi all, I'm new to internet radio broadcasting.
I have just downloaded and installed the broadcasting plugin for WinAmp, however I cannot get connected to broadcast. The problem being I do not know of any servers that I can use to enable me to do this.
What I am asking is are there any default servers that I can log on to, to enable me to broadcast, or if there aren't where can I find a list of servers?
