I said I'm getting fat, not that I was. But the inaccurate BMI scale is to be believed, mine is 30, technically making me obese. Also, my BP & cholesterol are much higher than they should be. I could afford to lose 30-40 lbs.

you are too young to have high BP and Cholesterol poblems, as a help with cholesterol(mine is high I smoke) take niacin ..it really does help lower cholesterol.

Photographers apparently love to see me squint.

31.5 years old, 5'11.75", 203 lbs. I could stand to lose a few kilos. I go to the gym all most some mornings, but I'm not really willing to modify fix my diet.

I've also become aware that I like to wear clothing which is primarily red and/or blue. I have a lot of red clothes, and a lot of blue clothes, some shades (i.e. white, grey, black) and beige, and not much else. Interesting.

Every now and then I'll shoot around for half an hour on the court at Shy's school while she does her karate training, but apart from that, nope.

There are football teams based here, but I don't think Beaudesert is progressive enough for a basketball team/comp to survive -- it's not blokey enough. Not to mention anything as feminine as beach volleyball or mixed netball.

I could always try playing footy... but I don't think I'm enough of a bogan to run with that crowd. I'd probably have to start drinking Bundy Rum, drive a ute and shove crayons up my nose Homer Simpson style to get down to their level, saying things like "I seen Gazza down the shops," or "I like cars and playing footy and that." I really like where we live, but sometimes the boganity of [some of] the people does get to me.

I joined the gym about 18 months ago. For the first 10-12 months I went every day before work. I had a PT session twice a week for the first ~6 months, then down to once a week for another few months, and for the past ~6 months I've been going solo. I started off doing 90% weights and 10% cardio, then switched to 10% weights and 90% cardio, and now I'm back to 90% weights again.

My gym attendance dropped off drastically 3-4 months ago, due to a number of factors -- issues at work, general malaise and burn out, etc -- but a few guys from work have joined in the past couple of months, which has inspired me to get back into it (slowly). They go every morning, so if and when I do go in, there's usually at least one of them there to keep me company.

It's funny, I can bench press and leg press more than the other guys, but you wouldn't think it to look at me compared to them.

In my limited experience, I've found that sometimes it just works and sometimes it just doesn't. So... no idea.

I remember that it has something to do with two servers not always working together as they should. Or I'm just wrong. I prefer to use my own server. That way I'm also able to remove them if I'd want to.

You can remove your attachments here as well, via the user CP ("Manage attachments").

I prefer attaching here, because in many cases, people have changed their hosting domains so images linked to old domains no longer show up.

Right; a lot of pictures on image hosting sites get deleted after so long if not accessed often enough, and some image hosting sites die.
