rename your Skin.zip to Skin.wsz
then upload
no conversion necessary, they're the same thing
if you still get an error when you try to upload, wait a few days and try again. winamp's database is totally screwed, I can't even get into my skin area right now.

If anyone can find any of the skins I made please email them to Forevever@aol.com
I can't remember all the names but specifically hunting for Lascivious, and DEVOUR (compilation with Jax) and any in the Impulse series which had 6 total. Auriferous, Gilt, Impulse, Nadir, and 2 others I can't remember but you dig.

A .zip file shouldnt be a problem to upload. The skin database takes both .wsz and .zip. Its just the db acting up.

Try this:

1. Download a .wsz file (Any one will do)
2. Copy and paste it.
3. Open up a .zip file, then press the "open" button and open up the pasted .wsz file.
4. Delete all of it's contents, then add yours.
5. Exit and rename the new .wsz whatever you want.
6. Tada! .wsz file.

WinZip 7 don't like the extension *.wsz, but WinZip 8 BETA does. Do you still have DOS or did you get Me, ZP, etc.?

If so:

1) In windows, move your .zip file to the C: drive in C:\ not in C:\Skins or anything.

2) Open DOS (either exit to MS-DOS in Shutdown or choose MS-DOS on Programs menu)

3) type: (with enter at the end of each line)

C:
CD\
dir blah.zip (where blah.zip is the current name of your zip file)

4) If it shows your file, then continue:

ren blah.zip blah.wsz
exit

Then you're back in Windows.
