shoutcast server "clusters"

If you have a main shoutcast server and other servers relaying to that server, is it possible to make the main shoutcast server redirect clients to the other servers when the maxlimit on the main shoutcast server reaches it's limit?

if the main server is full and has a list with the ip-adresses of the other servers so it can redirect users automatically

does anybody knows if that possible?

you will have to excuse my poor english.

That's pretty much what the relay cluster is all about. The idea is the servers accept requests, if the server you hit is full then the request will route to a relay on reconnect. (at least that is how I am understanding it) Kind of a skinny NLB........
