try opening up the files and looking at the xml pages. I cannot say for sure that i understand it (havent had time to try making a skin yet) but they do not seem to be too difficult. look at a couple of tutorials and some stuff on the winamp3 xml files and spend some time looking at the base skin and you will get. not as hard as it looks
