Help me please

Hi. First sorry for my bad english.

A couple of weeks ago I got myself a new computer.
After that Shoutcast dosn´t works.

I Have tried it both on win2k and win XP pro.

The problem I have when I stream is that winamp just get dead after a while. Nothing works, this starts to happen after a minute or so.
Yesterday i tried the old shoutcast and after 20 min it still was up and was working fine.
Is there a bug in the new shoutcast that makes it hard to use in win2k or win xp or is there maybe something worong with my computer?

I have a athlon 1.3
Asus motherborad Asus A7V133-C
Geforce 2mx-400 64meg
and a creative PCI 128 sondcard

I have tried two different soundcard models, but the problem was the same with both of them.
I hop that someone understand what i´m talking about and that somone can help me
