How do you center a layer?

I'm working on the layout for the components, and there is this image that I want to use as a frame for the titlebar, but I have no idea how I can make sure it's always centered in the window.

Any tips?
(attachment is a screenshot of what's wrong)

you can't center anything yet, but pre-beta2 builds support it so just wait one week or two... it'll be cool

beta2 won't have built-in centering most likely, but a later build will. Until then, I wrote this little centering script that centers a Layer on a Layout.
