Well it should possible to run a server like AnalogX SimpleServer on your Win98 and use a PERL or PHP script on your actual website that grabs the track listing page from you computer and post the track listing with SSI call. Ive tried this with several scripts but for some reason it failed with the SSI calls. I know I was doing something wrong but gave up and decided to use Onlive/SCDC from www.shoutclub.com. This thing can be totally customized to fit your site. There is also a second stand alone version (no SCDC reguired) that is also easy to set up but doesnt work with track names over 30 characters long. You can see it on my site at http://www.futureassassin.com and click on the listen link.

Later

looks like your running musicticker too..

this is what i did:

on output . in stead of putting c:\status.htm i put the webaddres with status.htm

so it was like www.blah.com/status.htm

and i upload the status.htm to the page, but when it tryed to refresh it could not find it.

how do i get it on there so it can keep refreshing?

Hi

I was running music ticker which worked pretty good but went with Onlive as I can totally modify the look of it.

One thing I noticed with music ticker is that it'll work only with an FTP account that takes you right to your docs directory. What that means is when you FTP into your sever your root directory has to be where all of your html, grpahic, etc... files are stored.

Well I was goin to write how to get it working with WS FTP LE but I cant get it working anymore Go Figure.

Once I figure out what I fucked up I'll repost here.
