Server
hi guys
i want to make a server over shoutcast from my own machine and i configuered the .ini file like this : MaxUser=15 Password=xxx PortBase=9000 Realtime=1 i thougt thats enough and when i connect it says its ok but the listeners cant connect is it because the log file says me there are errors ? this is everytime i tried ! <12/09/01@16:40:08> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak) <12/09/01@16:40:08> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (3) can somebody tell me how to configure the ini file right?? hi guy...
so .. i don't know if this right.. but... when i configured my .INI file , i put in port, the number 8000 and when the server show me GAVE ERROR , i kill and open it again and you must expecify the port on your IP ADDRESS to your listeners .... e.g.: http://0.0.0.0:8000 ok ? sorry my enlgish , because i'm brazilian , and i hope what this help |

yes but everytime i open a server after 3 or 5 seconds this both errors come and i dont know why !! can't somebody give me his .INI file ?? plz !

an ini file won't help you, your isp is blocking the server from the outside world either by firewall or proxy.
