saving skins

i have win xp, i had 2.77,
now i got 2.78
every time i open winamp i try openning my skin, and it automatically saves all the skin files (about 57 files, bmps cursors etc), in my mp3 folder, and won't display the skin, i haven't rebooted yet, and i just installed over the old folder. i deleted the files and tried opening it again, clicked refresh and all the skin indivigual files reappear.
weird.

sounds like broken temp directory detection. delete winamp directory and do fresh reinstall, reboot, scan for viruses, etc.
