HELP!!! [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error ()

I've disabled my firewall, tried switching the Yport to 666, standing on my head whilst singing Yatta, etc.

Can anyone figure this out? I have properly filled out all of the Yellow Page blanks, etc...

UPDATE: Problem Solved!
The problem was in the network settings in XP Pro, the firewall box was checked. Note: Still running a seperate firewall, just had to uncheck the "default" Windows firewall.
