Shoutcast DSP Plug-in - Old Versions?
I downloaded the latest version of the Shoutcast DSP plug-in. This version allows streaming only at 22khz and 24kbps as the slowest speed. Earlier versions allowed 11 khz and as low as 8kpbs. We used that alot to broadcast live. Can anyone point me to the older version so we can load it again? Any reason why the new version doesn't go that slow anymore?

For talk show purposes solely. We do live remotes and use a 56k modem to dial up our server. Can't stream anything faster than 8k or 16k and get a decent stream. So it works great for that.
I tried loading Oddsock and when I go to connect it just freezes up. Anyone ever use Oddsock? Any ideas? Yukon Jack |
