Ogg Vorbis as ShoutcastDSP encoder?

Would there be any general interest among Shoutcasters on having Ogg Vorbis (http://www.vorbis.com/) as a encoder module in Winamp2 ShoutcastDSP? Winamp3 will eventually have streaming with Ogg Vorbis, but as WA3 is still Alpha/Beta quality, it will take long time before it's accepted as stable as WA2 to be used in production environments.

At the moment, there would be some technical problems to solve as I believe the current Shoutcast server doesn't probably handle any other formats than MP3, but one could implement temporary support using Icecast2 and IceS which both are Ogg Vorbis streaming capable.

If you have any insights on this issue, please do reply to this thread and maybe we will have production quality streaming with Ogg Vorbis in Winamp2 in use faster than waiting for Winamp3 to achieve stable state.

Vorbis is comming to shoutcast soon. I belive it will first appear in Winamp3, but it shouldn't be long before you see it in the WA2 DSP
