Multiple bitrate streaming from one pc

How is it possible to stream mp3's using a 24k stream, and a 56k stream from one computer. I tried the dsp stacker but it does not seem to work on new versions of winamp. Please help.....thanks

different ports

Ok, I set the dsp for 2 different ports. One worked and the other encoder did not even though I gave it a different port number. Perhaps I am using the wrong port or something....can you help me from here (perhaps tell me what port numbers to use or configuration file.......thanks again, very much appreciated
