They just want to bother MS, IMHO. And that is also why AOL is trying to get their own OS (Red Hat), just to bother MS. They want to take over MS's position as market leader.

I think MS should bundle Netcaspe with windows and let the user decide which one to use. I mean lets face it IE is a lot better than netcapes offering ever was/will be. I hate Netscape with avengance because it's browser is just so poor. Bundling Opera with windows would be different however as that might give ie a run for it's money.

netscape is still technicaly in beta...because its a remodel of mozilla.

opera is a full release same with IE

mozilla is getting better and better...slowly....but I still use IE as my main browser

Just you wait. Mozilla 1.0 is scheduled for release in April 2002. Judging from the track record of their previous milestone releases, they're more or less on schedule.

And yes, the browser of Mozilla 0.9.7 is very very usable, although there are still a few stupid bahavioural quirks to sort out. I don't know about the mail and news client or Chatzilla etc. though.
