Advanced Recording Mode

I just enabled advanced recording mode... and after playing around with it, figured out I need to switch from NULL output to wave output.. so I did.. but if I leave it on wave out, winamp stops playing each track after about 5 seconds.

Anyone else run across this problem? Did it for me with oddcast & shoutcast dsp, so don't think it's that. Possible soundcard issue?

I know this is a reply to an ancient topic, but YES, I am having the same problem. The only OUTPUT I can use is NULL - everything else will play one song fine, but then freeze Winamp about 5 seconds after going to the next song. I am using a high end audio card (Layla 24/96) which is so much different than the standard Soundblasters that I think that is probably what's wrong.

Has anyone used Layla or Darla sound cards successfully with SHOUTcast? Or, has anyone else experienced the problem and found a fix? Thanks!
