Not yet. Currently only Icecast supports OGG www.icecast.org

oddcast (www.oddsock.org) will let you stream ogg. but you'd have to run icecast

Icecast2 with Oddcast DSP from oddsock (www.oddsock.org) supports ogg plus Streamguys (www.streamguys.com) also now have Icecast2 relay servers. Im thinking of switching but I dont think I will be listed on the Shoutcast YP so that kinda sucks.

yeah, it really sucks they stopped listing icecast servers. i can't see shoutcast supporting ogg vorbis anytime soon though.

Oddsock also offers a Win32 version of the IceCast server. Though rumor has it that Shoutcast will support Vorbis one day, though I do not know how long that will be.
