Is there a plugin for winamp that will allowing streaming window media audio (WMA) instead of streaming mp3, so people without winamp that have windows media player can listen?? Anyone know? there is a plugin for SAM, so i figured there would be one for winamp most likely?

Not unless sometihng came out a few days ago

Realplayer can stream MP3 though, and you can embed it in a page as long as the listener has the Realplayer plugin installed.

Might not be the answer you want, but..

Shoutcast and Winamp only support MP3 Streaming currently. There is no chance that there ever will be WMA support. Sorry.
