Need help

I finally managed to install server. Now I have this problem If listeners didn't conect to my server for some time in order for them to conect again I have to reset server. Is there a fix for this so the server is on all day and night?

Sorry about bad info and thx for reply. Lets say you conected to my server and you can listen music. But then you desconected and no one else is conected to me, and if after some time you want to conect again it won't let you and on my server I see errors. Hmm I hope it made soem scence. Thanks again
