Asian Language Support?

There should be support for song titles for Chinese, Japanese and Korean because it never shows up for the listeners.

I have translated a part of Shoutcast server into chinese.The stream title can be displayed well.But Chinese song title is still blank.I think this is a bug.I hope the next version can solve this.If you need this program you can mail to me.fryy@sina.com.
