Rip or not-that´s the question...(MooAmp vs Sumpfkuh)

Browsing thru the retrosection I found a skin called MooAmp,quite similar to another one I have in my collection,called SumpfkuhAmp.
The author is definitely not the same,so who stole it from who?

Heard of those, MooAmp is the original.
