Hey supey, trully sorry, but im not very good with describing my imagination. Here is what i meant by my idea:

Here is what I think you should do with the blue. Make it a fairly dark blue, I used '0,1,93' in my example. Then the farther from the 'rocks' the blue gets, the lighter it becomes. The lightest my example was is '4,0,181'. Then use the smudge tool, or if you use MSPain-in-the-ass[t], try make a smooth gradient. Ofcourse this is just a sudgestion of mine witch i think would greatly improve the skin and give it a good defining depth. As i noted before, a third dimension, or anything that resembles it in a skin will get bonus points from me
. Your should also work a bit on the rock. The only reason im giving you so much advice is because i think this is seriously my favourite 'main' design. If you could give it some depth, and nice color gradient with all the colors matching up, and finish the rest of the skin with the same design, it will for sure be in my top 10. Dead serious
I really hope you finish it and dont skrap it.
