problem with buffer

i have a cable con.
and i have changed my encoder settings to 128kbps,44100khz, stero
but my friends say it buffers every 5sec ...
anyone can say me which my settings are ?

hm... i even don´t work with the badest encoder settings
(24kbps mono...)

HHEELLLPPP don´t know what to do

You don't have enough upload bandwidth. Although Cable is generally fast browsing the web, etc, a lot of cable companies are capping thier upload to ensure people like you aren't doing what you are trying to do. Buy some bandwidth from a provider and have your friends log in there.
