Convert wav plug-in

Can anyone tell me if there is a plug-in that I can get for winamp that will convert a wav file (from a store bought cd) to an mp3 file. The opposite of the "Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in v2.0a". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
