Auto refresh not working at the forums?

Having a weird problem I've never encountered before...since a few hours ago every time I post a reply to a thread it wont display the previous replies unless i refresh the page....then when i post a reply and go back to the forum page it doesnt refresh and show my post on the list of threads...I then have to click the refresh button so it displays properly.

Is insanely frustrating...as it looks like someones replied to something when they havent....just wondering if it's a problem with the forum server or my browser.

Btw i didnt change any settings for ie and I've already rebooted, deleted all my cookies, temp internet files etc., checked the registry for any changes, updated my anti virus and run a scan too and nothing i can see seems to be causing it..

Oh well...time for a system restore...just thought i'd ask and see if anyone else was having the same problems...
