Systolic Pressure

Milkdrop has had zooming tunnel effects for quite a while, but I'm pretty sure this is the first moving zooming tunnel effect. I tried to get something that looked like travelling through a blood vessel, and called it Systolic Pressure.

The preset combines the indecisive movement code, my beat detection code, and a custom zoom - so it's framerate suffers a bit. Let me know what sort of fps you get with this preset.

If you're running in a texture size other than 1024x1024, you'll need to change the per-pixel lines for dx and dy - just change the number at the start of the line to the apropriate value.

(For those who don't know, systolic pressure is the first number people say when you ask their blood pressure - it's the amount of pressure in the arteries when the heart is fully contracted (ventricular systole) )
