vis problems with cd audio
I'm having problems with Milkdrop properly displaying while listening to cd's. When I listen to streams or mp3s it looks fine. When I listen to audio cd's though, it displays...something...but clearly not what it's supposed to. It does it in fullscreen or windowed (or desktop).
The computer has a Radeon VE card. (I didn't buy it.) I've attached the debug log from my most recent attempt. Thanks- Rob |

You might need to get a CD reader plugin, oterwise MD doesn't display the "right" beats. If you look through some of the older threads you should be able to find a link to it, if not, just search for it on the main Winamp page.

Please read the documentation before installing - you have to disable Winamp's default cd plugin first (not hard - just rename in_cdda.dll to in_cdda.dll.off in your winamp\plugins folder). This is a recommended install for every winamp user, it really is much better than the default cd plugin .
There's no need to tell me when I'm right; I operate on that principle exclusively and with absolute certainty |

I knew it was there somewhere, I was just too lazy to go search for it myself
But yeah, this plugin is definitely better than the default Winamp one... it's definitely worth getting sevenless... |
